You have to save the UPC's but I got a special envelope from the store, you put all the UPC's in it and send it in. They have been doing it for years- I got an envelope back when I was feeding FROMM probably two years ago- I never got to a free bag before I had to stop feeding the food (Health problem) so I gave the UPC's I had saved to my mom because she feeds it and saves UPC's as well.
