I'm glad things are going better for the two of you. Sometimes it helps to put ourselves in their shoes. You must be proud that DH tries as hard as he does at work.
Here's an idea, take a nap but set your alarm for 12:30. That gives you time to get up, splash some water on your face, and heat up his plate. I'm a lazy butt and that's what I would do to at least get some sleep.
