Wool itches me too - I can't wear it in any way, shape or form - not even lined. I can't wear linen either - it itches too. Someone told me that linen and wool are related - don't have a clue if that is true or not! I can't wear anything with ramie in it either - it's a real pain, but I just cannot stand being itchy.
