Default Please help SweetPea

I hope someone here can help me. I have a 6 yr old female yorkie named SweetPea. A few months ago she started drinking mass quantities of water and immediately urinating. We took her to our vet who took blood and urine and found nothing wrong. We took her to another vet who took blood and urine, found nothing wrong and said they suspected Cushings but they didn't want to treat her so they sent us to a specialist who took blood and urine, found nothing wrong and put her on medication for Cushings. She was on it 3 days and started shaking and panting so we had to take her off. The vet's only other suggestion is for a MRI ($2,000) and spinal tap ($500) to see if it is a tumor and put her on steriods which will make her urinate even more. We are at a total loss where to go from here. Has anyone out there dealt with this with their yorkie? Thanks so much for any advice.
