I am totally kicking myself for purchasing a puppy online. I blame myself
because I didn't do my homework and obviously she is not a breeder, but calls herself an in-home hobby breeder on her site. Yes, that is her website name. My mistake, but he is in good hands and I am doing what I can to get him better. This is a valuable lesson learned.
