Jackson is honestly the pickiest dog ever. There are treats that he will love one day and then turn his nose up to the next. He doesn't really eat Zuke's Mini's anymore -- used to love them. Anything crunchy and biscuit-like, he generally won't touch. Fruits and veggies are a definite no-go for Jackson. Cheerios he is iffy on. Some nights he will love them, but usually he looks at me like I'm crazy if I ask him to do a trick for a Cheerio.
So my options are limited. We use
Canz Real Meat treats and he's been eating those over a year and loves them. They're basically ALL meat and super easy to break apart, Jackson loves them. I always pick up any kind of chicken jerky I can find that is made in the USA but it's hard to find chicken jerky not made in China. I also use boiled plain chicken breast and cheese for his high reward treats!
