Prozyme is definatly a good digestive enzyme suppliment (the partialy holistic vet I used to work for used it alot). That one I believe is "plant based", others are pancreatic (meat based) and there are some that are egg based. You'll have to do some research into which one would work best given the allergies. Since you're using a good high quality food that's not bothering his allergies, yes, you're right, stick with that. I think a probiotic will help, but like I said, finding the right one for a dog with lots of food allergies will take some reasearch. I think that's your best bet and that's what I would do if it were my dog.
