One thing I remind people to think about is this...when we say keep the baby warm, we need to remember that mom has a body temp of 101 or higher.. So keep him really warm. Has he been seen by the vet? Does he have a heart problem? Resp. problem? Cleft palate? There are so many reasons why the runt or tiniest puppy is so small and all to often it is a birth defect or similar problem..Kimberly is right about diligence and feeding regularly and peeing and pooping the baby.
But, a vet visit, remembering to keep the baby really warm inside your top is my fav place, is in order..Good luck with the teensy one...
