I tried 1/2 cup but she never lost any weight, so I cut back even more to 1/3 cup and now she's down to 5.6 lbs but that's still too much for her to weigh.

Should I cut back even more - maybe to 1/4 cup? I'm just not sure what a tiny dog like her needs, but I don't want her to be hungry. I'd like to get her back to 4.7 lbs if I could.

She gets very little exercise except chasing her toys. I can't walk her because of the dogs in our neighborhood.

Thanks everyone!
Think about it, their tummies are only the size of maybe a walnut.

I feed 1/8th of a cup with a couple of teaspoon's of wet food or steamed, boneless, skinless, crumbled checken breast 2 or 3 times a day. It's dependent on te size of the dog, whether I increase or decrease. If a dog is having a tendancy to gain weight, for an additive I use green beans. And also, will take into consideration treats given during the day....
