Find a new vet that knows toy breeds and hopefully well knowledgable in Yorkies. It could be a parasite they couldn't find if you took in a stool sample which is the case at least 90%of the time although they will never admit to that.
It could be the diet, she cannot digest something you are feeding.
I do not give my yorkies tinned food of any kind anymore as the results were much what you were seeing. Tinned food seems to always have liver in it and they cannot tolerate liver. I mince up some cooked chicken breast and mix that in with their kibble for breakfast and dinner. I leave dry kibble down during the day.
I feed Natural Balance Ultra to about 1/4 Orijen adult formula.
