I use them and the sitter we have is fantastic- she is the second sitter we have gotten through them and both were wonderful- we have been using her now for about 4 years. You get a free consultation where they will come to your house and you will meet the sitter and everything and you are under no obligation to use them. My sister did the free meeting for her cat (in a different location with a different franchise then the one I use) and didn't like the person they sent and it was fine- she called and told them and they offered to send another person out to meet with her again at no cost.
They have everything- boarding in a sitters home, staying in your home, or just stopping by a certain amount of times per day- whatever you are most comfortable with.
