I'm a native Angelino, and my parents are Mexican. I have a hard time communicating in either language. I know both languages very well, but my brain has decided to have everything jumbled together instead of neatly stored and separated by language. When I talk with another Spanish/English speaker, words just come tumbling out in whatever language they may come.
The language is Spanglish.

I spoke no English until I started Kindergarden. I was born and raised here and so were my parents and my grandparents. Now I have difficulty to get my Spanish going....and when I get really flustered I have difficulty with both....
