Her contract means nothing if there are Puppy Lemon Laws. I'm not an attorney but basic common sense would lead me to believe that a business does not negate the law.

Georgia also has a Puppy Lemon Law as well.

Maybe you need to bring this to her attention. As a Christian Yorkie Breeder I am sure she will do right by your puppy.
