Last June Halo was diagnosed with Addison's disease. Because of the meds shes on, in my opinion, she constantly attacks one of my other yorkies. I have 6 yorkies total, but she only picks on TJ. In the last month, I've had him at the vets office twice, and she just attacked him again. I don't understand why she picks on only him. Anyway, as sad as it makes me, its not fair to TJ to be constantly scared. When I talked to the vet about this, he really has no solution except to keep them seperated. Even if I rehomed TJ, because Halo is sick and on medication, who's to say she wouldn't turn on one of the others. Halo is my teapot, at 12 lbs......the others range from 3 lbs to 9 lbs; so she could really do harm to the little one. I'm really looking for help here.......do I have a chance of rehoming her? Is there a rescue that might take her in? I have been keep her harnessed up... with a leash attached, but she got away from me a few minutes ago. I can't watch her all the time. I'm at my wits end and really need help.
