Default Please Help!

This is only the second post I have made to this forum but I have been visiting ever since we got our yorkie, Mollie, who is now 9 months old. She has a wonderful disposition and is just as cute as a button. She had been 99% housebroken until last week when on two occasions she pooped in her crate sometime during the night. She has been going through the night for quite some time now and so this was a shock to us. Well, after the two incidents she seemed to settle back into her routine and was fine until I went to get her up this morning and, lo and behold, she had done it again! Has anyone else ever had this experience with their baby? It seems like she is regressing. We have not changed her food or her routines in any way. She gets plenty of exercise (she LOVES her walks). I am hoping for some helpful advice on how to handle this. As I said, she has been going through the night for several months now so this is a complete surprise for us.
I have gotten so much helpful info from this forum and hope you have some good advice for me
Thanks in advance.
