Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents here, but If Im not mistaken I think she has to provide health records in order to put the puppy on the plane? I believe since he flew cargo, she must provide health records to send him to anyone. Are you sure they are /were not taped to his kennel when he arrived.
The " choke" could be kennel cough I hope your vet check that out? If he is still not eating , you may want to try a little boiled chicken and some rice, or add some organic fat free chicken broth ( warmed slightly ) to his food. Eukanuba, puppy chow, still the same crappy food. Id switch him slowly to a better food, Keep in touch with your vet and send the breeder your vet bills!! She may or may not pay.. Never buy a dog over the internet , there are MANY excellent breeders YTCA website!
