Wow, you have a mess & to be honest I would NOT want another pup from this breeder as she/he obviously does not have her pups best interest at heart. The screaming in pain has me very concerned as there a few congenital defects this breed can have. AAI and Chiari are a couple & as someone else has said , your pup will need X-ray and MRI to see these things. However if the pup was given any injections, this could be the reason for the screaming as they often become sore at the injection site but I would start with an X-ray ro rule out AAI at the very least.
