you can try probiotics, it may help, but may not with gas - maybe think about trying a different formula of the Blue kibble and see if that helps.

If you do probiotics, I'd get one made for dogs so you can get the doseage right, I wouldn't know what to tell you for an amount of one made for people, especially on such a small dog. Any one that's made especially for dogs will have the right dose on the bottle
