Tibbe is a total monkey and has no idea of the laws of gravity or height. He has very little to no judgment when he hears or sees something he thinks needs his emergency attention. I think he would jump off the kitchen counter to go after something that he saw as prey as he seems to give no thought before acting when his prey drive is engaged. He just acts and never thinks. I've seen him bound out of the window sill that the top back of the couch edges against, slightly bounch on the couch and land 4 feet from it out in the den floor, completely sailing over his doggie steps like he is an Italian Greyhound or something. He's wreckless and he can be gone half-way across the room or back yard faster than I can even blink. When he is coming to cuddle with me or get into his favorite sleeping position on the couch pillow during the day, he scampers right on the outer edge of the couch and scares me silly. He is definitely a monkey. During the day I would almost keep him in a safety helmut and elbow and knee pads if I could! That might help my poor nerves a little big.
