You need to contact both the seller and carrier as soon as possible after the incident. One of them is responsible. I had this happen with a package once, UPS insists they left it out front, so we are pretty certain it was stolen. UPS ended up replacing the products in a very short time- however, they also put a flag on our address meaning everything that was delivered had to be signed for which was kind of a pain because if we missed delivery we had to go pick it up. It lasted a couple of years and now they are back to leaving things.
