I had ordered a phone cover off ebay & the delivery confirmation said it was delivered, but I never got it. I contacted the seller & they said they'll send another one out right away. They said sometimes it gets lost but usps marks it as delivered & it happens all the time!
They sent me one right away & I ended up getting the 'lost' one 6 months later! The padded envelope was dirty & looked like it went places. I contacted the seller & told them I received it & they told me to keep it.
I think it was maybe dropped in the mail car by our delivery man & maybe he found it 6 months later? lollll
