Vet ruled out pyometra. He said it was likely to be cystitis or vaginitis. Because she is not showing any other symptoms he was keen to wait it out and see if it cleared itself. However when he took her temperature it was 103, so has treated her with a 5 day course of antibiotics. he said it should clear up in 48 hours and to come back if it was still there at the end of course of antibiotic. He said he could do further tests for Polyps etc but will see how the antibiotic goes first.

I have also booked her in for a spay at the end of the month, but am not totally decided yet.
