Your summers sound perfect! I'm in the south and mid-summer temps are about 95-100 degrees EVERYDAY with 100% humidity. It's absolutely horrible.

Look into Neopaws dog boots. I sell them, but the manufacturer is located in Toronto. It'll cost you a lot less in shipping. They are wonderful boots for harsh winters.
