I know with my Allie I just adopted in Mid-March she was an owner turn-in. I would think if I tried contact the owner it would be so very heart breaking as I know it was hard to give her and her sister up. But I also talk with her Foster Mom and email her. Yes, those were two I was looking at. I guess I looked at the site wrong I thought the fee was both. But you are right if someone pay's that much to adopt them you be sure they are going to be taken of.

You didn't look at the website wrong - it's just not wrotten plainly. I had to contact the (first) foster mom myself and ask if that fee was for one or both.
