On one hand, I feel like no one is going to pay that much for both dogs, so they'll almost certainly be separated. On the other, if someone DOES pay that much, they'll surely want only the best for them.

No they won't give you the name of the adoptive parents name and email. This is a safety percaution.
I know with my Allie I just adopted in Mid-March she was an owner turn-in. I would think if I tried contact the owner it would be so very heart breaking as I know it was hard to give her and her sister up. But I also talk with her Foster Mom and email her. Now this may be different since I'm the one that adopted her.
Yes, those were two I was looking at. I guess I looked at the site wrong I thought the fee was both. But you are right if someone pay's that much to adopt them you be sure they are going to be taken of.
