BTW I use Tresaderm every time my babies start scratching their ears like crazy. the vet said it was okay to administer 3 drops in each ear until they stop scratching. It works for us and I have a couple of bottles in the fridge for emergencies. Do you think this bottles could be kept at room temperature? I feel bad putting those cold drops in their ear
I give it to mine orally, I put it in their ears, I brush their teeth with it, I use it on minor wounds and skin irritations, and I've used it as a coat oil treatment. I also use it on me. I'm not familiar with the Coconut 'Therapy' oil... is it plain coconut oil? Coconut oil is metabolized by the body differently than other oils. If your dog was taking it with no problems, IMHO I would continue, but do check with your vet. Or do you think the CO brought on the Pancreatitis? My male had two episodes of Pancreatitis years ago, before I started the coconut oil, and he's had no problems since.

I know alot of people that use Tresaderm and it works just fine... I just can't seem to get it to work for me and mine. Tresaderm does have to be kept refrigerated though. Regular coconut oil does not have to be refrigerated, check the label on yours.
