I know and it's terrible that fakers use the same excuse as legitimate people with reactions to a variety of allergies. My cousin, for example, has asthma and watching her struggle to breath is heartbreaking. Her asthma can be triggered by almost anything, fortunately she hasn't had an episode with my pups or anyone's dogs so far

I just didn't know that the symptoms could show up later after exposure on some legitimate sufferers

So, I wondered, how do they know it's because of the pups and not something else after they have been in a place with dogs?
I have allergies to dust and pollen and my reaction is immediate. My allergies catches what my eyes can't see, I don't have to see the house dirty, my uncontrollable sneezing tells me. My allergies let me know when it's time to change the air vent filters, the bed comforters, wash the drapes, etc.
