I did go see this puppy He is healthy, clean, and happy. He is not house broken. I think he is a mix,maybe Yorkie and poss. Chihuahua, He is tri color & small. No Papers. The people had several appointments with interested folks. I did not buy him. I am sure he will make a good pet for someone. He does not need rescued, just adopted.
