A breeder friend in my area has commented that she sometimes wonders if there is a little silky in some of the yorkies that she sees in our area. Personally, I think they are cute either way!
On a side note, a gal who works with my husband showed him a pic of her new silky. She went on to explain to him that the breeder she got him from told her the silky is a yorkie with particulary silky coats. That silky's are yorkies but not all yorkies are silkys. He didn't have the heart to tell her any different and explain that yorkies are a totally different breed. |
