Thank you all so much for all the well wishes. It warms my heart to know that so many were pulling for us. I do have a question though. I think Muffy is constipated. She wasn't eating too well tonight, but Cassie ate like a little piggy. I think she has a sick tummy from too much rice. I gave them chicken and rice, per the doctors suggestion, yesterday. But Cassie wasn't too interested at the time. Muffy had a very small flat stool that stuck to her butt like cardboard, and i'm betting she ate some of Cassie's rice. It would'nt be so bad if they were eating fruits and veggies as usual, but they weren't eating it, so my doctor said to just feed them what they will eat right now, just as long as they are eating. She said not to worry about a balanced diet just yet. Anyway, I don't think this is an emergency room visit, but I was wondering if anyone knows what to do for a constipated tummy. Any help would be appreciated. I will call the ER and ask what they think about constipation. In the mean time, any advice would be welcome. Thanks :-) Shellie |
