I wouldn't do it. I think it is better to try and let them regulate their sugar on their own and only give them karo/ nutri-cal in an emergency situation. Although, I only have experience with older puppies- so maybe a breeder can jump in with advice with young ones. Is this puppy even eating solid food yet?
