Haha had a pomeranian before Pooter, he was a humper. We bought him this ugly red stuffed bull dog that was about his size, that was his lover dog! He never mounted a leg, arm, foot, dog... just that toy!
Another idea, to deal with your pup's desire to mount... get him a big stuffed dog lol.
