When I first saw the title of your post, I wondered if they might be Willa and Webster, a couple of chihuaha/dachsunds who were also born without front legs. The makers of Layla's cart, Eddie's Wheels, have worked with them and they are kind of mascots for the company now
Of course, it wasn't them, but they are adorable nonetheless!
