I do the same as Deonk1. I do nails on a separate day, cut his hair on another, and bath day is every Sunday.

On Sunday, I have everything in the tub, including his towels. He goes in, a quick scrub and massage, rinse, and conditioner. I let that sit for a while, then rinse, rinse, rinse. I wrap Kaji in a towel, and then blow dry my munchkin so he isn't cold.
