Went to see this puppy. He is fine, healthy,very adoptable. To me, he looks like a mix of Yorkie and poss. Chihuahua. He is tri-colored. He has no papers. He is not in need of rescue, just needs a new home. I did not adopt him. The people had several other appointments with interested people, I am sure they will find him a good home.
