Love i cant figure out the age of my yorkie pup!

Hi everyone! im new to this site and decide to join because most questions i looked up online directed me here.

My boyfriend and I got a girl yorkie pup from a newspaper ad of a family that was too busy to have a dog. We were told from the family that sold her to us that she was 12 weeks old at the time and then when we took her to the vet they told us that we were lied to and that she was only 8 weeks but they were not 100% positive. We are now having a hard time figuring out how old she really is.

According to the vet she is now 15 weeks old, 4.9 lbs and we are debating whether we push for the vaccinations of a 15 week old dog or hold off.

anyone have any signs of development so that we can figure out how old she might be? We tried getting a hold of the previous owners and they were very spotted on information and our vet is pretty sure that they lied to us about many things.

Her ears are standing upright, she has a little bit of grey on the top of her head and she is doing ok with potty training. She is super active and we refer to her as "crazy" because she is such a huge ball of energy! haha. hope someone has some kind of answers thank you!!!
