Great answers, everyone! And I agree with those who say they don't aspire to having a robot who does every little thing you ask. Mine do what I need them to do, and I don't push them beyond that unless they enjoy the diversion as much as I do.

I'm especially delighted that there are so few 'nos', and even some of those who said so admit there is likely more that could be done.

I've run into ill-mannered Yorkies whose owners don't even try to address the problem, so I've always wondered if it's because they've tried and failed and given up. I'm glad to see so few here have found that to be the case.
