for some reason i couldnt figure out the edit button (sorry!) so I just wanted to add this.
Edit : I forgot to add, why are (some) gentic health contracts for a short period of time (10 weeks to a year)? I know a wonderful Standard Poodle breeder who has a lifetime contract with all her poodles (show or pet quality)! I find it very distrubring that the yorkie breeders I am finding dont stand 100% by their yorkie and guarantee that the yorkie that was adopted (purchased) wont get sick because of poor breeding!
