Hi Thanks for all your thoughts. Means a lot. The Vet never got around to do the xrays, her breathing failed prior to the xrays, but the Vet says it was something with her lungs. I do know that her snorting (when excited) became louder and more frequent as she got older. She would snort like crazy for car rides, etc. But she would always get over it after a few minutes of being calm. This time, she just got worse and worse. Like if she had a sudden panic attack and her heart or lungs couldn't take it.
