I'm just saying that the Health Departments don't care about any of that. The laws/penalties are the same.
Having been a business owner, I wouldn't allow it either as I wouldn't want the liability risks... again raising my insurance rates. There are way too many irresponsible pet owners that we read about nearly everyday here. It's unfortunate, but true. |
