OMG, I am just now seeing this. How terrible for your poor baby & you. I will pray for a Full & Speedy recovery. I HATE people who talk on their cell phones while driving as I have had some close calls on the road myself. What did people do before cells ? Oh I know , They survived as do I without one. I would deff make a Police report on this as well & make sure it is turned into HER insurance. People need to learn that are there are consequences for breaking the law. She is very lucky she didn't kill someone. UGH, Stupid people, I wish they would just outlaw the dumb things all together.
