I am not a fan.
The thing that really irks me about them is they wrap their burgers in straight foil, no paper partitioning the burger from the foil, which equals soggy buns in no time flat! Call me strange, but I like my buns unsoggy and slightly toasty.
Also they are always so busy that the worker throw the toppings on there, resulting in 5 pickles and two tomatoes on one side and nothing on the other.
Their fries suck also.
I will give them, that granted how busy they are, their service is really fast. I didn't like that they had the kid with the most zits calling out people's numbers to pick up their food. I know it's not his fault he has acne, but I don't want to be reminded of the myth that greasy foods cause it.
Is it just me or are they expanding too quickly on the west coast? Krispy Kreme did the same and they ended up closing a bunch of stores. Out here we also have a huge die hard In N Out burger following (I don't care for them either LOL) Give me Fuddruckers or Fatburger anyday!
