I agree. How many differnt samples did you get? You can try putting down a few pieces of about 3 different brands and see which one she seems to go for, but some dogs will just eat them all lol.

Do the switch gradualy when you choose which one you'll be using, especially since any of the high quality brands you choose will be much "richer" than the Iams and she'll need to get used to it. Also remember when you do switch, she'll need significantly less food of a good brand than she's been getting of the iams with all the fillers in it (check the package for puppy feeding amounts).

My only other recommendation, when you do pick one, even if she seems to really like it, only buy the smallest bag that brand sells. They seem to like it better the more "fresh" it is and sometimes they can be picky and seem to love a food, then a week later refuse to eat it lol. Hopefully your little girl won't be picky for you, but I've had to really experiment with Alice and now I change what I give her each meal (all Nature's Variety brand, but I started rotating raw, kibble, canned), that's how I keep her interested and excited to eat
