Take some KY or vasoline & pull gently & kind of roll back the sheath just a tiny bit GENTLY & cover the penis with the lubricant. Then pull out gently on the sheath & work it back over the penis. Make sure the hair doesn't go in the sheath. After you get it back in, trim the hair off of the end.
