Zoe would probably like any theme her SB thinks fits her. She's a fun-loving and brave girly girl who loves to play and be outside going for walks. She's kind of a fashionista...not a country girl...not punk, not tomboy
As far as one special gift...she and I have been thinking about that one. Maybe a good small brush for her hair OR maybe a super soft snuggly bed that is very small and can go on our bed during the night. She likes to snuggle up with us, but she's so tiny that I wake up all night worried she's been squished
