I just got back from seeing Pixie. She is holding her own but is in a lot of pain. She cried and cried while I was there. Broke my heart to see her like that. Vet says that she is doing as well as she can be and we will know more in the morning. I asked him if they could make her more comfortable but he said they have her on as big a dose of pain killers as they dare give her because of her size.
I will go see her again first thing in the morning, unless I have to go back tonight for something. They have a tech in all night and the vet comes in if he is needed so at least she will not be alone and if she needs something someone is there. that makes me feel a little better.
Oh baby girl you just have to get better!!!!!
