Is she any better? I am not sure what time it is in Germany right now. I found this link of host nation veterinary emergency care that provide 24 hour service.
If she is still having the neurological symptoms (head swaying), I would definitely get her to a vet. Also, the vomit containing an object that does not look like her food is also concerning.
