This could be any number of things. She could be coming down with aspiration pneumonia from vomiting, they can get it in their lungs, and get dizzy and disoriented from it (can cause a lack of oxygen). She may be running a fever from it.

Or it could be Liver Shunt, or something neurological, from a fall or just landing wrong. Where did she get the human food from? If she raided the trash, she could have pancreatitis, or if a neighbor gave it to her or something she found, it may have something toxic in it.

For vomiting, fast her for 12-24 hours (but see a vet asap anyway) If she continues to eat and drink, she may vomit more and become dehydrated.
