You are in a tight spot right now, it's very hard when you are in another country and don't know where to go. (After this is all over you might want to look for resources for emergencies). Keep rubbing bits of karo syrup on her gums. As soon as she perks up a bit be sure to give her something containing protein (chicken breast, meat of some sort, peanut butter) to help keep her blood sugar up and more stable. Be waiting at the vet's office door when they open so she can be seen asap.
