I'm out of practice, so I'm making mine really tight. Not on purpose. That would me my concern as well. I'm going to test it out for a while with my pup. If it happens to slip and he gets out of it, he has a pretty good recall so I'm not too worried. I wouldn't sell these though. They can make a really cute gift that our friends can use on occasion.
